Terms and Conditions

1. Services

HAKOH HONG KONG LTD offers tailored product sourcing based on customer requirements, wholesale services, and acts as a sourcing partner.

2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, transactions are conducted on an FOB (Free On Board) basis with 50% advance payment and 50% remaining payment upon loading of goods at the factory against the inspection report of the finished goods. Alternative payment terms must be agreed upon separately in writing. Accepted payment method: Bank transfer.

3. Delivery Terms

FOB is the standard delivery term. Other delivery terms are possible but must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

HAKOH HONG KONG LTD accepts no liability for the accuracy of the information provided by the customer, which forms the basis for manufacturing or sourcing goods, nor for any consequential damages arising from it. Missing or inaccurate customer-provided information is not the responsibility of HAKOH HONG KONG LTD.
The customer guarantees that any sketches, images, or graphics provided are their property and grants us the right to use them for inquiries. If confidentiality is required, the customer must request and agree to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of such requirements.

5. Governing Law

The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hong Kong.

6. Special Agreements

Any additional terms not covered here must be agreed upon in writing.
